Senior Physiotherapist
Brad Donnelly
Growing up in regional Sydney, Australia my dream from a young age was to play professional rugby league. By 16 I was representing West Tigers in the National Rugby League. My dreams however changed when I dislocated my shoulder twice and required a full shoulder reconstruction.
Throughout my shoulder rehabilitation, I fell in love with the process and made the decision that I would rather fix athletes and enable people to strive for better, then continue to injure myself. From that day on I pursued a life as a physiotherapist and haven’t looked back since.
I completed a Master’s of Physiotherapy at Sydney University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Western Sydney University. With two degrees and post graduate training in dry needling, casting, myofascial cupping, reformer Pilates and rehabilitation of sports injuries, my primary goal is to improve the quality of life of others and help facilitate achievement of client goals, no matter how big.
My wholistic treatment approach encompasses individualised rehabilitation plans which are unique and specific to my clients. I value the importance of restoring functional movement through strength and conditioning, exercise, and education to empower people and achieve optimal outcomes. I utilise a variety of effective treatment tools including dry needling, manual therapy, soft tissue massage, compression recovery systems and shockwave therapy.
My special clinical interests include sports related injuries, injury prevention, dry needling and rehabilitation of the knee and ankle. I have developed a passion for running and enjoy optimising running performance through strength and conditioning. My experience working with football teams has allowed me to treat a multitude of acute and chronic sports injuries with the soul focus of improving athletic performance and getting players back on the field as soon as possible.
I am a lover of the outdoors and enjoy time at the beach, gym, playing golf and hiking/exploring. I’m also a keen runner and have commenced training for my second marathon, you’ll find me running along the Thames and around Clapham Common most days.
Make sure to say hi!

Senior Physiotherapist
Jubilee Viforj
I’ve always maintained a keen interest in a wide variety of sports, including tennis, swimming, state-level track and field, and dance, alongside outdoor activities such as scuba diving, hiking, and skiing. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science, followed by a Physiotherapy degree in Perth, Australia.
Throughout my studies and into my professional career, I taught group fitness extensively and became actively involved in local gym communities. These experiences provided me with deep insights into movement biomechanics, enabling me to identify dysfunction and optimize movement through clear patient education, comprehensive manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization and soft tissue work, dry needling, and targeted exercise prescription.
Over eight years of clinical practice, I have worked for six years in private practice and gained two years of valuable experience within the NHS, spanning both Australia and the UK. During this time, I have developed expertise in treating sporting and exercise injuries, workplace and occupational injuries, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, trauma and orthopaedic presentations, chronic pain conditions, and the broad spectrum of issues affecting the general population.
I have particular expertise in treating gym-based injuries, lower back pain, cervicogenic headaches, and running injuries. Regardless of your presenting condition, I am committed to understanding your individual expectations, providing comprehensive assessment and evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches, and collaborating with you to restore your ability to live life fully and freely.
I currently play tennis during the week around South West London, lift (heavyish) weights in the gym and enjoy a cheeky sauna and ice plunge. If you see me around, say hi!
Senior Physiotherapist
Charles Briers
I earned my Bachelor’s degree at the prestigious European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Since then, I’ve built a diverse and dynamic career, working across private clinics in London, Sydney, and the Netherlands, as well as hospitals in London, Cape Town, and Uganda. My experience also extends to the sports field as I’m currently the Head Physiotherapist at a prominent rugby club in North London.
My clinical expertise lies in managing musculoskeletal injuries among both professional and amateur athletes, with a strong focus on sports rehabilitation. I routinely carry out biomechanical assessments, running analyses, and evaluate movement patterns during exercise to help optimise performance and prevent future injury. My skill set also includes pre- and post-surgical/injection rehabilitation, ensuring patients recover effectively and efficiently. Beyond the sporting world, I have extensive experience treating individuals with everyday concerns such as back and neck pain, arthritis, and chronic inflammation.
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to diagnosis to accurately identify the root of a patient’s issue. My treatment process mirrors this philosophy—blending hands-on therapies such as massage, dry needling, and joint manipulations with bespoke exercise programs designed to relieve pain and target the underlying cause.
Passionate and driven, I take great pride in delivering high-quality, personalised care. I’m genuinely excited to work with you and support your journey to recovery and optimal health.
